Industrial experience in France and internationally

The experience behind Formulaxis was gained on demanding industrial projects, particularly in the nuclear and petrochemical sectors.

Engineering work is not limited to applying a formula: assumptions must be identified, suitable conventions selected, units checked and the model verified for the case being studied.

Areas of experience

The main areas covered during this professional experience include:

  • structural analysis and strength of materials;
  • vibration and dynamic analysis;
  • seismic design and verification;
  • pressure equipment;
  • piping flexibility;
  • lifting structures and equipment.

Why Formulaxis?

Formulaxis grew from a recurring need: quickly retrieve a relation, check an order of magnitude or verify a calculation without losing sight of the formula, units and assumptions.

The site is developed to progressively build a useful library of calculators and technical resources that answer precise searches while remaining reliable and quick to use.

What the site does not replace

Formulaxis provides calculation and learning support. It does not replace an applicable design code, contractual standard, validation by the engineer responsible for the project, manufacturer data or a study adapted to the actual conditions.
